Purolator Brand Health
In 2022 we were commissioned by Purolator for market research and media planning and buying services. We sampled 500 Canadians on their awareness, trial and perception of competitive courier, parcel, transportation, freight, and logistics companies. Our survey is optimized to ensure data is captured from participants who represent the general population breakdown of each market. We identified shipping priorities and brand perception, as well as brand awareness and specific campaign recall. Purolator was able to leverage these insights to modify campaign communication and measure effectiveness of their campaign.
